Summer is the best!

True, one of the benefits of being a teacher is having your summers "off." However, there is always an end to that and once August gets here, I can't help but start to think about having to return to school. Getting back into the routine is never easy, and it's especially tough leaving the boys. We have had such an amazing summer between Mason's birth and finally getting our new home started (excavation begins on Tuesday, August 5)! The fall is going to bring with it many welcomed changes for us. Right now we're trying to savor every bit of down time we have because we certainly won't have much of it in the near future!!

I cannot believe how big Mason is getting! He looks so different already from when I saw him last (of course he was only a day old at the time!). The boys are adorable and you look like you've had a great summer already. Don't despair, there's still plenty of summer left.

Just try to think of all the good things waiting ahead for you, after you transition...it's never fun going thru it, but in the end, look at the reward. :) Looks like 2 has not been a problem for you guys...and I am glad you were able to have a fun, carefree summer. Cute pictures, and yes, it doesn't take long for them to grow up, does it? Mis.
